    This place is great, and has excellent wi-fi, a fitness center, and laundry services. On my first visit, the staff kindly returned my forgotten headphones. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'll be back for Christmas!

    The room is comfortable quiet and luxurious, comes with excellant facilities and Nespresso machine, for example. The hotel provides a good service.

    Everything was very good, fairly clean hotel, particularly good and perfect location in a quiet area. All the rooms where nicely furnished and comfortable quiet with character, had a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was tasty with a multiple options and hot meals, for example and served by the knowledgeable stuff.

    Staff at reception very friendly and helpful advising places to visit and to eat, without being pretentious as can be in some 5 star hotels. Room was comfortable and although a little worn was in keeping with the style of the hotel. L'Occitane toiletries nice, as were the bathrobes and slippers. Also overnight shoe polish a nice touch. Breakfast more than adequate although the coffee could have been a bit hotter. Very easy to get to with the airport express bus stopping just around the corner.

    The hotel in centarlly located and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and with all amenities. Our room was overlooking the courtyard and was particularly quiet. I would definitely return.

    I liked the design of the room, lounge and lobby

    The hotel itself was incredibly nicely designed, and the sauna was ok, but other than that, it was not worth it.

    The first 5star hotel where I had to pay for Internet. The staff was rude, they couldn't help me on finding my way around town or get other info, and I didn't get even get the promised shoeshine. And the breakfast was bland. Not tres cool.

    Great stay in a comfy spot!

    The room was super spacious and clean, loved it! Had to switch rooms on the first night due to street noise, but the staff handled it like pros. Only bummer was the restaurant prices. Way higher than nearby spots. Breakfast on the terrace was a win though! Location was easy peasy to get to city center, so that was nice.

    Convenient location next to the EU institutions, comfortable and unique room designs, garden courtyard for events

    The gym facilities were really lacking!!! No real variety in equipment for workouts!!! The neighborhood has very few dining options, necessitating longer walks or drives for meals!!!

    The location was very good to use as a base for the meetings I attended

    The fact that they no longer leave bottles of water free in the room. 4.50 Euros for a can of sparkling water is excessive I think

    Excellent meals (a french cook) served in a very nice garden. Hotel very peacefull. Nice decoration.

    The room, narrow, was on two floors, bedroom upstairs. And it was very warm upstairs, although air-conditioned.
